Professor Zhou Ping's Clinical Research And Experience Summary Of Bronchial Asthma Treatment

The paper includes literature review,clinical research and clinical experience.Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Professor Zhou Pingan in treating asthma,explore the core prescription and commomly used drug pairs with the applica-tion of date mining technology,and summarize the regularity and clinical exper-ience of famo us veteran doctor of TCM.Methods:Research one:Through the prospective and observational method,thirty medical cases of bronchial asthma treated by Professor Zhou Pingan with Chaihu Tuomin Decoction were evaluated by the scores of TCM symptom classification and pulmonary function.Research two:Analyze one hundred and fifty medical records of bronchial asthma treated by Professor Zhou Pingan,extract and show the core prescriptions and commomly used drug pairs by the mean of "hierarchical network" of complex network under the principle of"man-machine integration".Result:Research one:The total effective rate of thirty medical records of bronchial asthma treated by Professor Zhou Pingan with Chaihu Tuomin Decoction was 93.33%during clinical observation,the TCM syndrome scores and pulmonary function were improve d after the treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research two:Some results analyzed by SPSS and complex network were as follo ws:The top 10 most frequent symptoms were cough,chest tightness.spit phlegm,wheezing,shortness of breath,wheeze,runny nose,sneezing,stuffy nose,white phle gm.The most frequent pulse and tongue were extenuate pulse and red tongue with thi n white fur.One hundred and fifty-one herbs wereused,belonging to 19 categories,the top 5 are antipyretic,tonic medicine,reli-eving medicine,astringent medicine,antitussi ve andantiasthmatic medicine.The medicinal properties of herbs used are mainly pun gent,sweet,bitter,warm,cold and mild.The top 5 most frequent meridian distributions wer e lung,stomach,li-ver,spleen and kidney.The top 10 mostfrequent herbs were:bupleu rum,scutell-aria,ebony,ebony,windproof,white pe-ony,licorice,astragalus,angelica,hon-eysuckle.The core prescriptions are Chaihu Tuomin Decoction and Qiyin Deco-ctio n.The commomly used drug pairs were:Tussilago&Aster;Japanese Yam&P-yrrosia lin gua;Schizonepeta&Tribulus;Magnolia liliflora&Fructus Xanthii;Fru-ctus cnidii&Cort ex dictam,Fructus Ko-chiae;Cicada slough&Pardanthus;Gins-eng&Tortoise plastron.Conclusions:1.Professor Zhou Pingan has rich experience in the treatment of bronchial asthma,it is worthy of further exploration and discussion of clinical significance.2.The general idea of Professor Zhou Pingan in the treatment of bronchial asthma were strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors and combination of TCM and western medicine:softening liver for calming endogenous wind and alleviating spasm,dispersing lung-qi and relieving asthma for antianaphylaxis,supplementing Qi and activating blood for dredging lung vessels,expelling evil and clearing away the toxic for lifting visceral carbuncle.3.With the help of TCM complex network analysis method,the regularity under the principle of "man-machine integration" model is highly consistent with the clinical experience of famous veteran doctors of TCM.It confirms the scientific value of TCM complex network analysis method and deserves further utilization to express the experience of famous verteran doctor of TCM.
