The Importance Of Integrated Diabetes Management From ASCVD Cases

This dissertation is composed of two parts:the summary of documents and a clinical case report.Part one:the summary of documentsWith the development of economy,the improvement of people’s life,human health effects of the disease spectrum of the great changes of diabetes in recent years,this so-called"rich man’s disease" has become one of the major diseases that endanger human health.About 80%of patients with diabetes will eventually be deprived of cardiovascular complications.There is more scholars suggested that diabetes is that coronary heart disease risk.How to delay the occurrence and development of cardiovascular complications in diabetic patients has become an urgent problem to be solved.The multiple risk factors of early comprehensive intervention of cardiovascular disease is the focus of prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease for half a century.However,this thought and traditional medicine cure disease theory has different approaches but equally satisfactory results and wonderful.The theory of traditional Chinese medicine treatment plays an active role in the prevention and treatment of diabetic macrovascular complications.Whether it is from the angle of diabetes prevention before disease,or stand in the angle of cardiovascular diseases which lead to disease is the clinician to early diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus,cardiovascular disease risk factors such as blood lipid and blood pressure management,and disease transmission check erroneous ideas at the outset,truncation,prevention of diabetes complications.Mode Chinese medicine doctors inherited the predecessors’ ideas,and according to their own clinical experience of innovation,the prevention and treatment of diabetic macrovascular complications have a new understanding.In this paper,based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,starting from the main risk factors of cardiovascular disease,along the vein of arteriosclerosis,we try to explore the role of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.in primary prevention of cardiovascular disease.Part two:a clinical case reportIn recent years,with the change of life style,the risk factors of cardiovascular disease increase gradually.Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD)has become the main cause of death in china.Diabetes is a high risk group of ASCVD.The severity and prognosis of ASCVD in diabetic patients were worse than those in non diabetics.It is very important to carry out comprehensive intervention of ASCVD in patients with diabetes mellitus.This case is a case of ASCVD patients with type 2 diabetes,patients with diabetes at an earlier age(23 years old),since the disease has been more than 20 years,the clinical data of the patients have been previously,blood glucose control is not ideal.In addition,patients with dyslipidemia,family history of coronary heart disease and smoking history and other cardiovascular risk factors.Poor control of cardiovascular risk factors is the main cause of ASCVD.In this paper,through a typical case to warn people to pay special attention to the prevention of cardiovascular disease in patients with diabetes.Appropriate screening for high-risk populations ASCVD.In addition to the risk of cardiovascular disease is also the main reason for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease in patients with diabetes.The common pathological basis of direct management of atherosclerosis is also adding new evidence for ASCVD prevention.
