Clinical Study On The Prevention Of Stone Recurrence By Oral Chinese Medicine After Biliary Conservation And Stone Removal

Objective:1.To explore the clinical significance of double-mirror combined with gallstone-conserving lithotripsy.2.To compare the difference of prevention of recurrence of cholelithiasis between traditional Chinese medicine combined with double-mirror Cholelithotripsy and simple double-mirror cholelithotripsy.3.The clinical efficacy and mechanism of Jianpi Lidan method in preventing recurrence of calculi after double endoscopy combined with gallstone-conserving lithotripsy were systematically studied.Methods:Cholecystolithiasis patients admitted to Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected in this study.All the preoperative examinations met the requirements of cholecystolithiasis preservation.Sixty cases of cholecystolithiasis preservation by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope were successfully performed.According to the order of admission,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group took Xiaoshi Decoction once a day for 2 weeks from 1 day after operation,and Xiaoshi Decoction once a day for 4 weeks every 4 months after operation.The scheme lasted for 2 years.In the control group,there was no special treatment except to guide diet and change of living habits after operation.The thickness of gallbladder wall,gallbladder contraction function and gallstone formation were measured by B-mode ultrasonography many times in 2 years after operation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups before and after treatment and between the two groups were compared.Results:The changes of gallbladder wall thickness and gallbladder contraction function in 2 years after operation in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the gallbladder wall thickness in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group,and the gallbladder contraction function was stronger than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the recurrence of gallbladder stones in 2 years after operation in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Contrast:Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of calculi in the experimental group was higher than that in the experimental group in 2 years after operation.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of gallstones after laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopic cholecystolithotomy,and improve the gallbladder contraction function and gallbladder wall thickness.
