Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined With Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium In Preventing DVT After THA

Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect and security of the yiqi huoxue soup combined with low molecular weight heparin for preventing the deep vein thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty,to providing clinical theory basis and a clinical effective prevention of deep vein thrombosis after total hip replacement.Method:90 patients in the study were randomly divided into 3 groups:Group A(low molecular weight heparin calcium),B group(Yiqi Huoxue Decoction),C group(Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with low molecular heparin calcium),each group of 30 cases.Three groups of medication time were recorded from 2 days after admission to postoperative 12 days(Discontinuation of operation day).Three groups of patients after admission were routine preoperative examination,adopt the same treatment.Three groups of patients were observed and compared with those of the D-dimer 、 and the Coagulation function 、 the amount of bleeding In operation 、drainage amount after operation、Harris score t、DVT occurrence on admission and the twelfth day after operation to overall meritting the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the prevention of total hip arthroplasty.Result:(1)Of the 90 patients enrolled in the study,there were 9 patients occurring DVT,The overall incidence was 10%,among them,A,B,C three groups occurred in DVT 4 cases,5 cases,and 0 cases,the incidence rates were 13.3%,16.7%,and 0%,C group was better than A and B group in the incidence rate of DVT,The difference was statistically significant,no pulmonary embolism(PTE)and death occurred in all cases;(2)The data of D-dimer,there was no significant difference between the three groups on admission and after operation for 1 days,on the 5 day and the 12 day after operation,D-group decreased significantly in the C group,better than A,B group,and the difference was statistically significant;(3)The data of coagulation function(PT,APTT,FIB),there were no significant differences between the three groups at the time of admission and after the operation for 1 days,on the 5 day 、 12 day after operation the improvement of coagulation in the C group was more obvious than that in the group,better than A,B group,and the difference was statistically significant;(4)The amount of bleeding in operation、 drainage amount after operation of B and C group were less than A group,there were significant differences between groups;(5)The Harris score of C group was better than that of A group and B group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium can significantly improve the level of D-dimer and coagulation function in patients,effectively reduce the incidence of DVT after total hip arthroplasty,the effect was better than that of simple low molecular weight heparin calcium and simple Yiqi Huoxue Decoction;Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding in operation and drainage amount after operation,can improve postoperative hip function and improving the quality of life of patients after operation,and no obvious adverse reactions were found during the application,which is worthy of further promotion and research.
