Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris And Blood Deficiency Syndrome From The Lung

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy,safety and recurrence rate of Qingjin Runzao Fang in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods: 90 patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into three groups according to the diagnostic criteria of psoriasis vulgaris and TCM syndromes.The treatment group was divided into three groups according to the method of randomized controlled study.Treatment group to Qingjin Runzao Fang +WINONA moisturizing&softening cream treatment,the control group?to Xiaoyin particles+ WINONA moisturizing&softening cream treatment,the control group?to WINONA moisturizing&softening cream topical;treatment for 6 weeks,The patient's PASI score was recorded and the safety of the drug was observed every two weeks.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to statistically analyze and analyze the data.Results: There were 90 patients and 30 patients who completed the study.There were no significant differences in sex,age and course of disease between the three groups(P> 0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the PASI score of the treatment group and the control group?before and after treatment,P<0.05,statistically significant,indicating that the two groups of drugs are good,but the two groups PASI score,P> 0.05,There was no significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).The total effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group,70% in the control group ? and 33.3% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P> 0.05)(P <0.05),and there was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group and control group ? compared with the control group ?(P <0.05).Conclusion: The three groups of methods have the curative effect on the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in the course of treatment.During the course of treatment,the clinical effect of Qingjin Runzao combined with WINONA moisturizing&softening cream is better than that of the Xiaoyin particles+WINONA moisturizing&softening cream and WINONA moisturizing softening cream,WINONA moisturizing&softening cream,can significantly improve the normal type of psoriasis blood deficiency syndrome in patients with the severity index(PASI)and lesion area,that Qingjin Runzao Fang is the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris Blood deficiency and wind syndrome effective prescription,worthy of clinical promotion.
