Study On The Rule Of Medication Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema For Liver Failure

Purpose:Collecting to the clinical research literature using herbal enema to treat liver failure published from 1997-2017,and making a statistical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and prescription to exploring the medical laws of treatment of liver failure,it can provide new enema approaches and ideas for the modern standard of treatment of liver failure.Method:Collecting to the clinical research literature using herbal enema to treat liver failure,Extracting to the information of traditional Chinese medicine and prescription and setting up a database and using SPSS 20.0 with frequency analysis to analyzing it's name,category,Medicinal,Taste and Meridians,and then using factor analysis and cluster analysis to analyzing the most widely used drugs to exploring the medical laws of treatment of liver failure.Result:The most widely used drugs for treatment of liver failure include rhubarb,herbaceous peony,magnolia,citrus aurantium,wormwood,dandelion,salvia.Heat-clearing,diarrhea prescription,Water-expelling and dampness-draining,qi-regulating,blood-activating were widely used.Heat-clearing and slightly cold medicinal were in the most widely use subordinate by harmonizing medicinal,Followed by interior-warming medicinal.Pungent,bitter and sweet were common in flavor of medicinal subordinated by light flavor.Conclusion:Clearing heat and making diarrhea,expelling Water and draining dampness,smoothing the QI and opening blood circulation are the basic rules in The clinical research literature using herbal enema to treat liver failure;The Basic causes of liver failure are heat,wet,poison,stasis,virtual;Drugs who are bitter cold belong to liver,stomach,spleen and the intestine are widely used.Xiaochengqi Decoction,Yinchen Artemisia Decoction,Rhubarb Wumei Decoction and Mannan Disinfection Dan is the most commonly used enema prescription.Through the clustering analysis,nine more significant new prescriptions can be used to study the treatment of liver failure with traditional Chinese medicine enema.
