Shenmai Shuai Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Dryness Syndrome With Yin Deficiency And Heat And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To investigate the Shenmai Jiuzao Decoction in the treatment of primary Sj?gren's Syndrome and deficiency of yin and blood stasis patients is effective and safety.Methods: Selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria,50 cases of deficiency of yin and blood stasis type of primary Sj?gren's Syndrome patients according to the random number table of random grouping,divided into the treatment group(Shenmai Jiuzao Decoction)and control group(HCQ),each group of 25 people,with a course of 3 months,respectively,were observed and recorded in the two groups before and after treatment of TCM symptom score and integral,TCM clinical efficacy evaluation and treatment of laboratory tests,VAS score of xerostomia and dry eye symptoms,disease curative effect evaluation and objectively reflect the Shenmai Jiuzao Decoction in the treatment of primary Sj?gren's Syndrome due to deficiency of yin and blood stasis type in patients with clinical curative effect and safety.The obtained data using spss17.0 software statistical analysis.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of Shenmai Jiuzao Decoction was 92.0%,the HCQ was 72.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Two groups before and after treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes,dry mouth,constipation,tongue and other symptoms and the serum of ESR,CRP,RF,GLO,Ig G was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Two groups before and after treatment,ALB,C3,C4,Ig M,Ig A was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).4.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Shenmai Jiuzao Decoction in the treatment of p SS patients with deficiency of yin and blood stasis syndrome,not only can relieve symptoms and signs and reduce the patients with ESR,CRP,RF,Glo,Ig G,dry eye and dry mouth symptoms VAS score level,and the safety is good.
