Preparation Of Huangjingshan Yoghurt And Its Research On The Preventive Regulation Of Blood Lipids In Rats

Objective1.To explore a yoghurt with Polygonatum sibiricum,maybush and milk as the main raw material.2.To investigate the effect of Polygonatum sibiricummaybush yoghurt(PMY)on the lipid-lowering effect of high fat diet rats.Method1.Through orthogonal design and sensory evaluation,the effects of sugar,milk powder,PMY on the color,flavor,taste and organizational status of yogurt were studied.2.64 SD rats,male,were randomly divided into normal control group,hyperlipidemia model group,traditional Chinese medicine group,regular yogurt group,atorvastatin group,high dose of PMY,middle dose of PMY,low dose group of PMY.The normal group were fed with basic diet,high fat model group were fed with high fat diet,other groups were fed with high fat dietand drug.The drug was gavaged once a day for 8 weeks.After 4 weeks and 8 weeks,the orbital blood samples were collected to detect the levels of three acylglycerin(TG),total cholesterol(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein(HDL-C).Results1.PMY with milk powder 180 g / L,hawthorn liquor(0.6 g crude drug / mL)50ml/L,Polygonatum liquor(0.6 g crude drug / mL)100ml / L,sugar 80 g / L as a formula and the color,flavor,taste of the yogurt is better.Sensory characteristics,physical and chemical indicators and microbial indicators are in line with the relevant provisions of the national standard GB19302-2010 "fermented milk".2.4 weeks and 8 weeks after the test results show that,compared with the model group,PMY can reduce TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,the effect of PMY is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group,the regular yogurt group Conclusion1.The preparation of Polygonatum sibiricummaybush yoghurt is feasible,whichprovides a new idea for the development of new functional foods with traditional Chinese medicine.2.The effect of thePolygonatum sibiricummaybush yoghurt can Lowen the blood lipid,and it is better than that of the traditional Chinese medicineor regular yoghurt.
