Evaluation Of The Efficacy Of Qingzhi Huoxue Decoction On Postoperative PCI In Patients With Mixed Hyperlipidemia Complicated With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:The purpose of this study is to study the efficacy and safety of Qing zhi huo xue circulation Decoction in treating hyperlipidemia complicated with coronary heart disease PCI. It is a practical and feasible way to seek a better and more safe and effective way to control blood lipid and artery plaque.Method:This study used a randomized controlled study,46 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups of 23 cases each. Two groups were given basic treatment (ACEI drugs, control blood pressure, blood glucose and body weight), while the treatment group received Qingzhi Huoxue Decoction daily 1 agent,100ml TID 10mg QN, Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets (Lipitor) treatment, (Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets) 75mg QD Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets 100mg QD al Plaix Betaloc 25mg bid for 1 years; the control group (Lipitor) to Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets (Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets) 20mg QN treatment,75mg QD Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets 100mg QD Plaix worship, Betaloc 25mg bid cycle with the treatment group were recorded in two. Group before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, the changes of coronary artery plaque, stent neointimal hyperplasia, total cholesterol, triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein, high Density lipoprotein (HDL-C), carotid artery, the maximum thickness of the film, blood viscosity, CRP specific values of the changes.Result:The research object:46 cases with no loss off, removed, completed a total of 46 cases,23 cases of study group treatment, the control group of 23 subjects. The curative effect comparison:two groups of patients with hyperlipidemia (total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein) before and after the difference between self efficacy before and after there was statistical significance, both of them can decrease the triglyceride, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein, increased HDL-C (P<0.05); between the treatment group and control group the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the two groups after treatment in patients with coronary artery plaque, plaque thickness and stent hyperplasia mask control efficacy before and after in situ before and after there was significant difference between treatment group and control group. Safety comparison:two groups of adverse events were compared, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the treatment group was more safe.Conclusion:In the supernatant of Huoxue Decoction two grade prevention of coronary heart disease lipid combined with small dose of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets marked intervention on hyperlipidemia, no significant difference in efficacy between carotid plaque and stent intimal hyperplasia have curative effect and two groups, and Qingzhi Huoxue Decoction Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets to improve the TCM symptoms significantly better with single dose of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets group, and the adverse the reaction is less, more safety. Safe and effective prescription of Qingzhi Huoxue Decoction for intervention of blood lipid and arterial plaque. For coronary artery plaque, OCT examination has obvious advantages, because of its high resolution (close to the level of tissue) can explore the composition clear of carotid plaque, provides a good guide for the intervention of carotid plaque.
