| Objective : To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jia Wei Chai Sao Liu Junzi Decoction combined with Ba Bao Dan Ca Psule with advanced Liver cancer(liver stasis and s Pleen deficiency).Also Providing clinical evidence for theclinical efficacy of TCM com Prehensive treatment of advanced Liver cancer,es Pecially in im Proving the quality of live and the clinical sym Ptoms of Patients.Methods: The 60 Patients with advanced Liver cancer(liver stasis and s Pleen deficiency)were randomly assigned to treatment group 29 cases and control group 31 cases,The control group were treated with best suit the support treatment,such as nutrition support,diuresis,depressurization,protection of stomach and anti-nauses,releving pain,hypothermy and liver protection,anti-infection,releiving anemia.The treatment group on the basis of combination of Jia Wei Chai Sao Liu Junzi Decoction(one does a day,water decoction,taking400 ml,2 times to take)and Ba Bao Dan ca Psule(2 times to take,4 does a time,after TCM half an hour to take).4 weeks for a Period of two consecutive cycles,Observe the two groups of quality of life(KPS score),Chinese medicine clinical syndromes,changes of weight,cases of tumors,progression-free surial,routine blood,liver function,tumor markers and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:(1)KPS(physically): the treatment group KPS effectiveness(effective + stability)is 93.0%,the control effectiveness is 77.0%,is similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05).(2)The TCM symptoms: treatment group effectiveness(improve obviously improved +part)is 93.0%,the control effectiveness is 69.0%,is similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05).Especially in appetite,feeble,pain and fever(p<0.01).(3)weight: the treatment group stability factor weight increase(increase+stability)is 8.7%,control group is 64.5%,is similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)tumors had changed: the treatment group tumors had stability factor(CR+PR+SD)is 62.1%,the control tumors had stability factor is51.6%,is similar between the two groups have no statistical significance(P >0.05).(5)Progression-free surial:the treatment group progression-free surial is 137.9 days,the control group progression-free surial is 107.2 days,is similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P <0.05).(6)Routine blood : the treatment group in the incidence of the reduction of hemoglobin and platelet are 37.9%,37.9%,control group are 83.8.0%,74.2%,two groups of hemoglobin and platelet comparative differences are statistically significant(P <0.05).(7)Liver function:the treatment group in the incidence of the increase of bilirubin,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,and alkaline phosphatase are37.9%,34.5%,31.0%,control group are 80.6%,64.5%,74.2%,two groups of liver function differences are statistically significant(P <0.05).(8)Tumor markers:The AFP cases of the two groups were increasing,two groups of tumor markers differences have no statistically significant(P>0.05).(9)The side effect:the treatment group and control group in the incidence of nausea and vomiting,urine,renal function,electrocardiogram(ecg)are similar between the two groups has no statistical significance(P >0.05).Conclusion: Patients with advanced live cancer(liver stasis and s Pleen deficiency)acce Pted the treatment of Jia Wei Chai Sao Liu Junzi Decoction combined with Ba Bao Dan Ca Psule can im Prove quality of life and Chinese medicine clinical syndromes,stabilize or gain weight of Patients;Meanwhile there are no significant adverse reactions and it can increase liver function and anemia,relieve digestive reaction.So it is worth clinical a PPlication and Promotion. |
