Clinical Study Of Tongmai Yangxin Capsule On Cardiac And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy,safety and clinical efficacy of Tongmai Yangxin Capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure with heart and kidney deficiency syndrome,and to explore its mechanismMethods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The western medicine of the treatment group was treated with Tongmai Yangxin Capsule Oral,were observed for 4 weeks.The two groups of patients were treated with TCM syndrome,NT-pro BNP,international heart failure and heart color super-standard accurate assessment of cardiac function,the use of statistical analysis.Results:1.clinical symptom score comparison: clinical heart failure score and TCM syndrome score,the two groups were statistically significant(observation group than the control group.2.the clinical efficacy of the observation group and the control group in the treatment after four weeks have a significant effect,and the observation group is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant3.left ventricular ejection fraction comparison: the treatment group and the control group after treatment weeks can significantly reduce the left ventricular ejection fraction,and the observation group is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.4.left ventricular end diastolic diameter comparison: comparison between groups,the observation group and the control group in improving the left ventricular end diastolic diameter of the difference was statistically significant5.comparison: observation group and control group can improve the difference between the patients was statistically significantConclusions: Tongmai Yangxin capsule can effectively improve the symptoms of chronic heart failure,kidney deficiency syndrome,the use of the process no obvious side effects,it is worth further study and promotion.
