Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of nicorandil on the stability of micro vascular disease angina. Methods: A total of 81 cases of stable type micro vascular disease of angina pectoris patients were randomly assigned to control group(n = 40) and nicorandil group(n = 41). Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment, and nicorandil group plus nicorandil 5mg orally, 3 times daily. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks. To observe the changes of weekly attack times, observe the therapeutic effect of angina pectoris, change of the total number of ST segment depression in resting electrocardiogram and the changes of ST segment depression and drug adverse reaction. Results: 1. The selected 81 patients and 40 cases in the control group, nicorandil group 41 cases, two groups of patients in smoking, blood lipid level, blood glucose level, gender, age, blood pressure, taking drugs were no statistical significance(P > 0.05). The comparability was between the two groups. 2.Angina attack frequency. Treatment of nicorandil in patients of angina pectoris attack(11.37 ± 1.84 times / week) and control group(10.95 ± 1.49 times / week), there are no significant differences between the groups(t=1.127 P=0.263). After treatment of nicorandil in patients of angina pectoris attack(3.82 ±1.60 times / week) and before treatment, the difference has statistical significance(t=2.357, P = 0.001). Nicorandil group superior to the control group(5.13 ± 1.56 times / week), the difference is significant(t = 3.73, P < 0.001).3.In the treatment of angina pectoris compared nicorandil group superior to the control group, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(rank sum test U=-3.463, P=0.001<0.05).4.Treatment of nicorandil before group ST segment depression leads the total number(6.44 ± 2.01) and control group(6.82 ±1.60) group have no significant differences(t=0.939 P=0.350). Treatment after nicorandil group ST segment depression lead total number(4.01 and 2.13) has statistical significance compared with that before treatment(t=2.874,P = 0.007),which is superior to the control group after treatment(527 ± 1.61),and the difference has significantly(t=2.997, P = 0.004).5.Treatment of nicorandil group ST segment voltage low magnitude sum compared with t=1.689, P = 0.095(6.77 ± 1.82mv) in the and control group(6.19 ± 1.20mv) of the between groups. Treatment after nicorandil group ST segment voltage low magnitude sum is(4.01 ±1.13mv), compared with before treatment, t=2.626, P = 0.012, which is superior to after treatment the control group(4.86 ± 1.42 MV), and the difference is statistically significant(t = 2.985, P = 0.004). 6. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period. Two groups of patients before and after treatment reflected that there was no significant difference among the changes of biochemical indexes of liver and renal function. Comparison between the(ALT)groups(t= 0.412, P= 0.683) and urea nitrogen(BUN) in the treatment group after treatment(t=1.015, P=0.317), creatinine(Cr) were compared between groups(t=1.115, P=0.272).Conclusion:The clinical effect of nicorandil treatment is on stable microvascular angina significantly, less adverse reaction, safe and reliable.
