Purpose:With a retrospective method to analyze the primary nephrotic syndrome of TCM syndrome type distribution, and the distribution and age, gender, 24 hours urinary protein quantitative, serum total protein, serum albumin, serum globulin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c), serum creatinine and objective indexes of correlation. Study of traditional Chinese medicine of objective problem, provide the basis for further guide clinical practice of TCM.Material and method:1. Collected in August 2014--2016 during January, the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine nephropathy clinical data during hospitalization, according to the provisions of the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, contains a total of 86 cases of patients. 2. All data preclude processing SPSS17.0 statistical software, measurement data as mean standard deviation( x ąS) said that the normal distribution and homogeneity of variance using ANOVA, not normally distributed, and / or homogeneity of variance by using Kruskal-Wallis H rank sum test, count data using chi-square test.Results:1.TCM syndrome distribution characteristics of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome: the main card in the spleen deficiency syndrome is most common, followed by spleen and kidney qi deficiency, kidney qi deficiency, liver and kidney syndrome, Qi and Yin deficiency are rare. Standard card in stasis syndrome is the most common, followed by dampness syndrome, wet card, heat syndrome. 2. The primary nephrotic syndrome patients with TCM syndrome distribution and gender, no statistically significant relationship between age(P> 0.05). 3.Biochemical indices between the two groups of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome comparison result can be obtained, spleen deficiency syndrome 24 h urinary protein, serum total protein and the other four syndromes have significant difference(P <0.05); spleen deficiency Syndrome serum albumin and spleen qi deficiency, liver and kidney syndrome difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); serum globulin spleen deficiency syndrome and spleen qi deficiency, kidney qi deficiency, liver and kidney yin deficiency difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Total cholesterol kidney qi deficiency syndrome and liver and kidney, spleen and kidney qi deficiency difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). 4.Biochemical indicators of TCM syndromes between each standard card was no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Syndrome type of primary nephrotic syndrome there are differences in the distribution of the main card with the highest incidence of spleen deficiency syndrome, while those in blood stasis syndrome highest incidence. Visible spleen deficiency important in the pathogenesis of primary nephrotic syndrome, spleen, kidney two dirty in the process of developing kidney disease occurrence key role. Standard card with the most common blood stasis, bleeding its main pathological product, so the primary nephrotic syndrome TCM spleen deficiency-oriented multi-designate, to stop bleeding within the standard. Warming kidney and spleen, blood circulation to their treatment guidance. 2.Primary nephrotic syndrome of spleen deficiency Syndrome 24 h urine protein levels were higher than other groups, while the lowest average serum total protein. Visible "Mizutani subtle" relationship with the spleen and kidney is most closely related, so the spleen and kidney method has certain guiding significance for the treatment of urinary protein.
