Objects:To investigate the relations between Nonthyroidal illness syndrome with primary nephrotic syndrome, Provide the basis for clinical and research. Methods:To review respectively the patients of thyroid illness syndrome (NTIS) and the petients of primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) with age, gender, pathological, weight index (BMI), TSH, FT3, T4, T3, T4,24 h urine protein, albumin, urea nitrogen (Bun), creatinine (Cr), endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr), bang inhibition C (CysC), and inflammatory biomarkers: white blood cell count, blood sedimentation (ESR), hypersensitive c-reactive protein (CRP).Results:24h urine protein are higher in the NTIS group than the normal group, and the albumin is lower than the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), but between the two groups of age, gender, pathological, BMI, Cr, Bun, CysC, Ccr, no obvious difference was found. NTIS group and normal group, we compared between CRP, ESR, white blood cells, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Correlation analysis of the indexes in NTIS group:FT3 respectively with Ccr (r=0.317), CysC (r= 0.318) have positive correlation, T3 and BUN have negative correlation (r=-0.406). CRP respectively with FT3 (r=-0.418), FT4 (r=-0.369), T4 (r=-0.334) have negative correlation.CRP respectively with FT3 (r=-0.418), FT4 (r=-0.369), T4 (r=-0.334) have negative correlation. The ESR respectively with FT3 (r=-0.305), FT4 (r=-0.332) and T3 (r=-0.402), T4 (r=-0.402) have negative correlation. BMI and FT4 have negative correlation (r=-0.370). White blood cells and TSH have negative correlation (r=-0.284). Albumin respectively with FT3 (r= 0.067), FT4 (r= 0.367) and T3 (r= 0.659), T4 (r= 0.586) have positive correlation, but the urine protein and FT3, FT4, T3, T4, TSH has no obvious correlation. We treat the FT3 as dependent variable, and treat the CRP, ESR, albumin as independent variables, in the multiple linear regression analysis,we find that albumin has the greatest influence on FT3, albumin has the positively correlated with FT3. We treat the FT4 as dependent, and treat the CRP, ESR, albumin, BMI as independent variables,in the multiple linear regression analysis,we find that BMI and albumin has the greatest influence on FT4, the most significant of BMI, a negative correlation. We treat T3 as dependent variable, the ESR, albumin as independent variables, in multiple linear regression analysis,we find that albumin has greatest influence on T3, a positive correlation. We treat T4 as dependent variable,CRP, ESR, treat albumin as independent, albumin has T4 biggest influence on T4 in multiple linear regression analysis, a positive correlation.Conclusion:1. Hypoalbuminemia plays a key factor in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome and the thyroid disease syndrome.2. The low thyroid hormone levels may be relevant with the kidney damage of nephrotic syndrome in NTIS.3. NTIS may be a protective mechanism of poor nutrition.4. The inflammatory state is a risk factor for disease in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome who may become the NTIS.
