Objective:By building up hyperactivity hypertensive rat animal model,Observeing the fengxuanning prescription impact on insulin resistance and other indicators in Hyperactivity hypertensive rats.Method:After building up the model, we randomly divided 72 rats into 6 groups, 12 in each, and other 12 rats for sham operation group. Model group rats made by the left renal artery occlusion plus aconite soup irrigation methods. Respectively, in six weeks after modeling to tail artery systolic pressure exceeds 17 k Pa(130mm Hg), and compared with preoperative elevated 4k Pa(30mm Hg) above hypertension model successfully copied. Then randomly divided into: hyperactivity model group, losartan potassium capsules group, Tianmagouteng group of particles, Supermicro normal dosage group, Supermicro low dose group and the traditional group. Rats were given the appropriate drug intervention in each group, and the same volume of distilled water in sham operation group and model group until the end of trial. Observation index:insulin resistance, blood clotting, blood pressure, brain, kidney, urine and irritability degree.Results: Supermicro normal dosage group compared with traditional group ISI was statistically significant(P < 0.05), Supermicro low dose group compared with the traditional group ISI has no statistical significance(P > 0.05), Traditional group compared with model group ISI was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Traditional group compared with model group blood pressure have significant statistical significance(P < 0.01). Supermicro normal dosage group compared with the traditional group have significant statistical significance(P < 0.01). Supermicro low dose group compared with the traditional group was statistically significant(P <0.05).Fengxuanning groups compared with model group, TT has significant statistical significance(P < 0.01). The fengxuanning prescription between groups of brain protection is better than the model group. The fengxuanning prescription each of renal protective effect is better than that of model group. Compared with sham operation group and model group, Supermicro low dose group and traditional group urine had statistical significance(P < 0.05), Supermicro normal dosage group urine volume have significant statistical significance(P < 0.01). Compared with traditional group,Supermicro normal dosage group urine volume have significant statistical significance(P < 0.01). Compared with model group, the fengxuanning groups its irritability degree have significant statistical significance(P < 0.01). Comparison between groups in terms of fengxuanning, rat irritability degree has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Fengxuanning prescription on model rats can increase the ISI effect after the treatment, adjust blood pressure well, improve the function of blood coagulation and protect the brain, kidney, increase urine output. Improve the degree of irritability.
