A Randomized Controlled Study Of The Jichuan Huatan Line For Sputum Exfoliation And Internal Ligation

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and postoperative complications of Jichuan medicine line ligation, provides an effective way to reduce postoperative complications of hemorrhoid.Methods:176 cases of hemorrhoid sufferers from Chengdu Rectum Faculty Hospital between August 2014 and February 2015 were Randomly divided into two groups:Jichuan medicine line group (87 cases) and ordinary ligature group (89 cases). Observe the clinical effect datamation, incidence of postoperative complications (edema,anus drop bilge, postoperative bleeding, anal pain, slow healing), ligature off time, healing qualities, Length of hospital staying. Analysing the result with SPSS 19.0 statistical software.Results:Clinical studies showed the day before surgery the clinical indexes showed no significant difference (P> 0.05)between two groups;Postoperative complications, such as edema, postoperative bleeding, cuts recovery time and effect were significantly different (P<0.05);anus drop bilge and anus pain in two groups showed no significant difference.Conclusion:1?Jichuan medicine line accelerates wound healing, reduce postoperative edema, have a significant effect on the level and incidence of postoperative bleeding;2?Jichuan medicine line ligation group found no significant side effects and adverse reactions, the medication what in Jichuan medicine line is safe and effective, is worthy to use in clinical.
