Purpose: In this study, respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) infection in young Wistar rats pneumonia model, respectively using the Immunohistochemical and ELISA method, to examine the levels of IL-6in pulmonary tissue and the TNF-? in serum after Qing Fei Tong Luo Gao work on RSV infection in rats.Discuss the diagnosis and treatment of the compound external use on RSV infection pneumonia mechanism,provide experimental basis for clinical prevention and treatment of RSV infection.Materials and methods: 1.Using nasal inhalation long of respiratory syncytial virus infection in young rats model was established, through observe the breathing,fur,actions,changes in diet and weight,the results of the lung tissue appearance and the lung tissue pathology under light microscopy,the lung index determination and so on,to identify RSV pneumonia in Wister rats model. 2.RSV infection model in rata model was established,through analyze the general condition of rats, changes in lung tissue appearance and pathology examination, determination of lung index indicators, to explore Qing Fei Tong Luo Gao cure function on RSV pneumonia in Wistar rats. 3.Using immunohistochemical method to detect the IL- 6 expression in lung tissue of in different time points by administration of the extracts of the various Qing Fei Tong Luo Gao groups. 4.Using ELISA method to detect the TNF-? expression in serum of rats in different time points by administration of the extracts of the various Qing Fei Tong Luo Gao groups.Observe the role of prevention and treatment of the Qing Fei Tong Luo Gao to RSV pneumonia in rats.Results: 1.After inoculation of RSV virus,normal group rats basic keep in good condition,the model group were breathing, fur, actions, changes in diet and weight, and appearance and lung tissue pathology detection in different degrees of change. Two groups of rats lung index are significant differences(P<0.05). 2. Each group of rat lung index comparison results: compared with normal group, model group there were significant differences(P<0.05); Compared with model group, the rest of the group had significant difference(P<0.05); Compared with Qing Fei Tong Luo Gao all medicine group, building after 5d groups had significant difference(P>0.05). 3. The expression of IL- 6 in lung tissue and TNF-?in serum results show that: in addition to the normal group, the rest groups all have positive expression. Compared with normal group, the rest of the group had significant difference(P<0.05), model group expression quantity highest; Compared with model group, the rest of the group had significant difference(P<0.05); Compared with Qing Fei Tong Luo Gao all medicine group, building after 5d groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.RSV Long strains intranasal young Wistar rats, the RSV infection pneumonia model can be successfully reproduced.RSV infection model group were then lung tissue pathology change, combined with lung index determination, general condition of rats model, for RSV induced young Wistar rat pneumonia appraisal provides the objective basis of the model. 2.Qing Fei Tong Luo Gao compared with part medicine group, the prevention and control of RSV infection effect is more apparent. 3.Qing Fei Tong Luo Gao can effectively reduce the inflammation of lungs caused by RSV infection and treatment of pulmonary pathological damage. 3.Qing Fei Tong Luo Gao can effectively regulate the expression of TNF-a and IL-6 in body,maintain the body's own immune function normally, and inhibiting RSV replication in the body at the same time, to prevent secondary infection, so as to achieve the effect of the treatment of RSV infection pneumonia.
