| Objective:Through the research of Codonopsis Radix and the investigation of resources,based on the content of chemical constituents of Codonopsis Radix and relevant ecological factors,Combining modern science and technology such as MaxEnt,GIS,and SPSS,the potential distribution areas of Codonopsis Radix are analyzed.Combining regression models of chemical components and ecological factors to conduct quality zoning studies,For providing scientific basis for the development and production of Codonopsis ginseng in regional developmentResults:In order to clarify the basic characteristics of Codonopsis Radix in various producing areas of the China We reviewed the literature on codonopsis pilosula root,resource distribution,chemical composition,clinical efficacy,and application aspects,thus reviewing the authenticity of Codonopsis Radix medicinal materials;Samples of fresh Codonopsis ginseng were collected from Gansu,Shanxi and Qinghai provinces and dried.Determination of Dangshen’s Vinylides in Codonopsis Radix by UPLC-UV with Content Index of Dangshenoside;The Max Ent model was used to predict the potential suitable distribution range of Codonopsis Radix and validated;Using SPSS 23.0 software,a stepwise regression analysis of the chemical components and ecological factors of Codonopsis Radix was conducted.To build a relationship model between chemical components and ecological factors,combining ArcGIS software spatial analysis technology,the quality division of Codonopsis Radix was formed.(1)By browsing past ancient Chinese literature about Codonopsis Radix,Codonopsis Radix.initially used ginseng as a substitute for medicine and it was only after the Qing Dynasty that there was a clear drug name of Codonopsis.And its traditional estate area is Changzhi,Shanxi,and the product name is"Lu Codonopsis Radix"Nowadays,the main modern production of Gansu,Shanxi,Sichuan,Hubei,Shaanxi,Guizhou and other provinces,And formed a variety of high quality Codonopsis ginseng varieties such as Baitiao codonopsis Radix,Wen codonopsis Radix Banqiao codonopsis Radix.However,Codonopsis Radix is mostly cultivated and a small amount is wild.Gansu producing area is now the largest production area of Codonopsis Radix.It’s mainly contains various chemical components such as Codonopsis glycosides,glycosides,polyacetylene alcohols,terpenes,phenolic acids,and polysaccharides.The quality of Codonopsis Radix is often evaluated based on the content of the components of dangshenol,atractylenolide III and polysaccharides.(2)A method for the determination of UPLC-UV content was established to obtain the contents of glycosides of 53 Codonopsis pilosula sources with good linearity(R~2>0.999).The average sample recovery(n=5)was 97.38%;The average content of glycosides in 53production areas was 0.04%.Among them,the contents of ginsenosides in medicinal herbs produced in Lianyuan,Beizhai(0.08%)of Gansu Province were the highest.(3)Based on latitude and longitude data of Codonopsis Radix distribution,combined with Max Ent model calculation and analysis The knife-cut method is used to predict the potential suitable distribution of Dangshen in the country.The forecast results show that the Codonopsis Radix besides the distribution points of the Chinese phyto records,There are also certain potential distribution areas in Zhejiang,Fujian,Shandong,and Xinjiang.The results of the forecast have been verified through field visits(4)The Model Display of Chemical Components and Ecological Factors of Codonopsis Radix.The high value of glycosides is concentrated in Shanxi,Gansu,and Shaanxi provinces.This result is in line with the experience of production practices,scientific guidance can be provided to ensure the authenticity of Codonopsis Radix.Conclusion:In this project,the contents of ginsenosides in Codonopsis from different origins were determined by UPLC-UV,the quality of medicinal materials of Codonopsis Radix from different origins was initially evaluated.This topic predicts the potential distribution scope of Codonopsis Radix in the country.Establish a relationship model between the quality of Codonopsis Radix and ecological factors.Provide scientific basis for the selection of reasonable planting areas of Codonopsis Radix.It is of great significance to the sustainable use of the resources of Codonopsis Radix and provides reference for the management department to guide the rational production of Codonopsis Radix. |
