In today's social life, the cultivation of ornamental fish has become a trend. However, there are many problems in the breeding process. The traditional aquarium and the traditional farming model have been unable to meet people's current needs, but with the emergence of the concept of smart home, which is more practical and customized, this situation can be improved. At present, because of the development of the internet, the technology of communication is relatively mature. This paper is based on single chip microcomputer technology, wireless local area network(WLAN)connection technology, and Android software of remotely controlling aquarium. The system consists of three parts: environmental information collection and control, data transmission, and data information management system. The system uses the sensing technology to collect the environment information about ecological tank, and send the collected data through the wireless transmission technology to the control center node, and then through the data communication gateway to the background server, and ultimately send to the control terminal nodes.IAP15F2K60S2 microcontroller is the main controller of the system.By controlling the temperature module, feeding module, water purification module, support module, lighting module and video monitoring module,it can achieve automatic adjustment of environment around the fish tank.Remote control and video transmission of each module of the aquarium can also be done by using remote intelligent terminal software. The system has many functions and advanced modes, which can satisfy the dynamic needs of monitoring ecological environment in the tank.In addition,it is affordable, easy to use,and stable during the process.
