Rice blast disease is one of the three major diseases for rice,which has been threatening the production,in the year of its popular will cause a lot of economic losses,the worst-hit area are even likely to crop nothing.Heilongjiang province has a long history of rice cultivation,it is in rich of rice with varieties and quality,and is one of the major rice production areas in China.However,the influence of the rice blast directly threat to our province and even the food production and security of our country in recent years.As a result of rapid variability of rice blast fungus,if a region using a single rice blast resistance genes for a long time,it is easy to change the structural of the rice blast fungus group,which will bring a direct result the loss of resistance of carrying resistance genes for the rice blast in this region.So,it is worth a try to foster carrying different gene of rice department or aggregate multiple rice blast resistance genes of rice varieties in the Heilongjiang rice blast resistance in rice breeding work.The hybrid Kongyu 131 is bred by japan with the combination of Kongyu 110 and Daobei 36,it is introduced from Jilin academy of agricultural sciences’ institute of rice by Rice research institute,Heilongjiang academy of land reclamation sciences in 1990.Kongyu 131 has many advantages,for example,moderate ripe period,excellent quality,stable yield,strong resistance,wide adaptability,good social et al,thus it has been widely cultivated after the introduction of Heilongjiang province.But in in recent years,the rice blast fungus physiological race has changed,due to the large area,long time to grow in Heilongjiang,thus,the resistance characteristic of Kongyu 131 has lost,and limits its further use.Pigm and d12 are two broad-spectrum efficient rice blast resistance genes.This study is using marker-assisted selection technology to import Pigm and d12 into the genetic background of Kongyu 131,breeding new strains of rice Kongyu 131(Pigm)and Kongyu 131(d12)Improve the resistance to rice blast of Kongyu 131,and maintain the other properties.The main results were as follows:1.Separated 79 strains of rice blast fungus single spore from the rice blast disease sample,which is host on Kongyu 131 in Jian sanjiang area and Hainan.2.Detect the rice blast resistance of donor parent Kang 1、D12 and receptor parent Kongyu 131,which were breed by MAS.The results show that the donor parent 1 and D12 have high resistance to rice blast bacteria flora of Heilongjiang rice Kongyu 131,that is to say,Kang 1 and D12 can be used as cold rice Kongyu 131 source of the genetic improvement of resistance to rice blast resistance genes.3.Selection to the prospect of Pigm select SSR markers AP5659-5,choose that of d12 markers RM27792 and RM28230.4.Screening to Pigm exchange on the left side of the tag RM19778,right exchange markup RM19961;d12 on the left side of the exchange markup RM27654,right exchange markup RM28255.5.51 and 57 SSR markers are screened by can be used to cultivate Kongyu 131(d12)and Kongyu 131(Pigm)background selection work,respectively.6.Be hybrid identified the authenticity of the F1 for Kongyu 131(Pigm)and Kongyu 131(d12),carry on the outlook choice of BC1F1,and conduct exchange selection、background selection、field identification of resistance to the positive plants were selected in the outlook selection.Do the same things to BC2F1 and BC3F1.(carry on the outlook choice of BC2F1 and BC3F1,and conduct exchange selection、background selection、field identification of resistance to the positive plants were selected in the outlook selection.)...
