Fragaria pentaphylla is a kind of wide strawberry in China.Using Fragaria pentaphylla as the research object,to found out it's offspring suitable for different degrees and their offspring characteristics,and by using SSR molecular marker technology analysis different color of Fragaria pentaphylla genetic diversity and genetic variation.Compare the difference of two different populations of Fragaria pentaphylla's mating system.Through different altitude and different color population genetic analysis such as small scale space genetic structure to illustrate different fruit color formation,the mechanism and principle of the evolution of the plants of the genus of strawberry fruit color.The results of the study are as follows:Using SSR molecular marker technology to analysis different fruit color of the population genetic diversity of Fragaria pentaphylla,found that the red color population can be observed the number of alleles was 7,effective number of alleles was 3.6012,Nei's genetic diversity index was 0.6868,Shannon's information diversity index was 1.4231.The white color species can be observed that the number of alleles was 6,effective number of alleles was 3.3439,Nei's genetic diversity index was0.6735,and Shannon's information diversity index was 1.3512.It shows that red fruits population genetic diversity was higher than white populations.AMOVA analysis indicated that it was 97% of the genetic variation within populations,while only 3% of the genetic variation between populations,Fragaria pentaphylla had no obvious genetic differentiation between populations.Different colors of Fragaria pentaphylla's offspring mating system research found that: the inbreeding coefficient of the red color,tm-ts was 0.249,selfing rate was 0.2.According to the(28)mrpNep)(/1,red fruit population had less effective pollen donor number 2.801.Multiple sites rate was 1.050,the unit point site rate was1.058.Parents inbreeding level was 0.008,multiple sites relevancy mrp)(was 0.193,and the unit point correlation was 0.285.Selfing rate was 0.448.And it was significantly difference in population;the white color population tm-ts for the inbreeding coefficient was-0.008,the white color population had more effective pollen donor number than red color population which was 5.181.And the unit point correlation was greater than the site relevance that mrpsrp(29)-0)()(,suggested that red color populations had substructure.Compared to two populations,parentsinbreeding coefficient,the red color fruit population inbreeding coefficient were greater than the white fruit population.Showed the red color fruit had closer genetic relationship between the population while the white fruit color population genetic relationship were far.By comparing three elevation points,the number of strain,strain type,average coefficient,and gene clone scale ratio,Simpson index,diversity index and genotype evenness.The red fruit color populations were greater than white fruit color population.Simpson index,diversity index and evenness of genotype distribution of showed that cloned diversity was the largest in high-altitude plaques,and then was inter mediate altitude,lowest in low altitude plaques.It showed that different colors of Fragaria pentaphylla colonial diversity increased with the increase of altitude.Analysis the spatial genetic structure of different altitudes of Fragaria pentaphylla: bush condition in low altitude plaque strongly suppressed on seed germination and reproduction,lacked of sunlight environment conducive to seed germination and seedling growth of clonal plants.They extensive clonal integration function to overcame the seedlings in forests was not easy to get enough light and space caused by the assimilate power insufficiency.The shortcomings of slow growth to reproduction,leading to low altitude patches appeared very significant characteristics of reproductive cloning,forming intensive clone.In the condition of the complex habitat and human intervention of medium altitude patches,Fragaria pentaphylla selected resources into smaller reproductive cloning expand,forming competitive pressure small intensive clone.Point expansion and plaques on the left show the strong cloning mutual superposition,patch on the right shows strong intensive clone.Because of superior living environment of high altitude,sunlight,nutrients lead to fierce competition.It showed strong foraging reaction.For linear expansion,rather than the surface expansion,at the same time high altitude Fragaria pentaphylla patch to avoid competition and density restriction mechanism for seed reproduction gave the most abundant genotypes,through seed reproduction and reproductive cloning expansion habitat.Compared to two kinds of different colors of Fragaria pentaphylla,the survival rate,the germination rate and germination,we found that red fruit populations of germination rate and survival rate were higher than in white fruit population.The germination days of red fruit also were shorter than white fruit population.And red fruit population survival rate and germination days were significant difference.Wefound that the red color fruit of Fragaria pentaphylla had more offspring population fitness than white color population in same conditions.
