Rice is China's largest food crop,it plays an important role in protecting food security.With the lack of rural labor force caused by the increasingly deepening supply and demand,rice live technology has become more and more attention.Sowing as the most important part of rice live technology,seeding quality directly determines the rice yield.The aim of this project is to develop a set of rice seeding system suitable for Jiangsu rice and wheat rotation area in order to improve the quality and efficiency of operation.In this paper,based on the summary of the current situation of domestic and foreign air distribution and sowing techniques,combined with the requirements of rice water live farming,the existing rice direct seeding machine is inefficient,the injury rate is high,the structure is bloated and so on,according to the principle of light simplification design,System design.The design of the air distribution system can be adapted to rice and other small grain size of the grain live,the largest acreage 11kg/mu,the maximum forward speed of 9km/h,rows of rows of 12 lines,the entire system by the seed quantitative,Feeder,dispenser and the pipeline four parts.The EDEM-FLUENT coupling software is used to simulate the main working process,and the parameter design is optimized according to the simulation results.Using 3D printing technology to process the key components,in the seed performance test bench to verify the test.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The coefficient of variation of the row consistency coefficient and the uniformity variation coefficient of the row of the air flow distribution system were reduced with the increase of the sowing rate,and decreased with the increase of the rotation speed of the row Sowing in between 9-9.5kg,row axis speed between 30-35r/min,the best seed selection.(2)The main factors affecting the capacity of the feeder are:ratio>jet length s>row axis speed,the optimal scheme is s=103mm,the speed of 35r/min,the maximum row of 1728.08g/min.(3)When the cone angle is sealed,the uniformity of seed rank and the consistency of each row are obtained.The advancing speed has only obvious effect on the uniformity of seed rank.When the forward speed is 7?8km/h,The variation coefficient of homogeneity is between 17.85%and 34.16%.(4)The wrinkle tube had a significant effect on the coefficient of variation of the row consistency,and the coefficient of variation gradually decreased with the increase of the length of the fold tube,and the coefficient of variation was 3.59%at 250mm.(5)The results of the comprehensive test showed that the main factors affecting the uniformity of the seed rank were:wind speed>the structure of the dispenser>the length of the corrugated tube>the speed of the machine>the rotation speed of the row axis>ratio;the primary and secondary factors affecting the coefficient of variation of the displacement The influence of each parameter on the rate of injury is relatively small,and the injury rate under all the test conditions meets the requirements of national standard.The speed of the machine is the same as that of the system.The variance coefficient of the optimal arrangement was 17.13%,the coefficient of variation of the row consistency was 3.45%,and the injury rate was 0.85%.
