Corn is one of the most important crops in the world,The corn planting in Heilongjiang reclamation area is mainly based on Demeiya.Because in the late growth stage,maize seeds have the characteristics of rapid moisture dissipation and low moisture when harvested.In normal years,the moisture content is generally around 27%.After drying with the conventional method,the grain meets the purchase standards.Since 2012 to 2013 autumn increased rainfall resulted in autumn flood in Northeast China,plus corn growing effective accumulated temperature not enough,causing maize harvest water usually around 35%.Such a high moisture maize Demeiya,found in the drying process will cause burning rate,does not meet the standard of grain purchase,so that reducing the farmers' income.To solve this problem,the material properties and drying characteristics of high moisture corn were studied,analysis of the reasons for the high moisture corn to produce coke paste,and then determines the material temperature of the grain which does not produce the grain,the results provide a theoretical basis for further study on the optimum parameters of the drying process of high moisture corn.Study on the characteristics of high moisture corn and corn flour paste by using a thin layer drying test rig.The analysis of the changes of the nutritional components(starch components)and the causes of the phenomenon of coke paste,it is confirmed that the material temperature is the direct factor affecting the properties of coke paste.Through the experimental study on the effect of different material temperature on the properties of starch,it was found that when the temperature of the material was more than 80?,the burning properties begin to occur.Therefore,in order to avoid the emergence of burn grain,drying by changing the drying parameters of the material temperature does not exceed 80?.Taking the material temperature as the target value,the hot air temperature and the hot wind speed as the influencing factors,design the test scheme of two regression orthogonal rotation test.The optimum combination of parameters is obtained when the material temperature is not more than 80?: hot air temperature of 103?,hot wind speed of 0.7m/s.
