Rapeseed is enriched in fat, protein and various vitamins, the main oil-plant in china, as well as protein plant, feed plant, energy plant and honey-source plant, with highly integrate utilizing. Along with improvement of people's living, the demand of rape oil is increasingly increased; the yield of rapeseed is increased too, while product technology has been matured. Therefore producing and processing of rapeseed are also put forward higher of request. The habitat concentration of rapeseed of our country is in Yangtze River downstream region at present, and the harvest season just happen to be the southern overcast and rainy damp weather, and that makes drying and storage becoming the vital problem which should be desiderate tackled with in it's producing chain. Therefore introduce the artificial well ventilated and drying techniques, but make a dry equipments adapt to local weather, we should make deep research of the well aeration and drying theory of the rapeseed, and looking for a more reasonable well ventilated and drying condition as necessary reference for developing the correlative equipments.According to the understanding of domestic and abroad documents on aeration and drying theory of farm crops, the experiment scheme about testing the thin layer drying, resistance coefficient and critical float velocity is determined. To the shin layer drying research, set a relative humidity to simulate the drying environment, and take drying velocity, air temperature as the factors, and take the rewetting rapeseeds as testing object. To resistance coefficient experiment, take height of rapeseed and air velocity as its factors. To critical floating velocity experiment, take the air velocity and moisture content of rapeseeds as factors.On the base of the above researches, the experiment data are analyzed with the SPSS, and obtain the results. Experiment results shows:(1) The temperature and velocity of hot air all have obvious influence on drying velocity of rapeseed thin-layer drying.(2) Choosing the single item's spreading equation to express the characteristic of thin-layer drying of rapeseed rather than the Page equation, and the equation isintroduced in paper.(3) Resistance of rapeseed has relatives with the height and air velocity, we get the...
