Deng Xiaoping's Thought On Ecological Agriculture And Its Contemporary Value

As a new agricultural development concept,ecological agriculture not only is a profound reflection of both the ecological pollution and the costly environmental damages caused by the process of development of human society,but also an in-depth exploration of future agricultural progress,social development and human evolution.Ecological agriculture occupies an important position in the development of world agriculture because it is the action guide to countries all over the world for achieving the sustainable development of agriculture.As the pioneer of the cause of Reform and Opening-up in China and the builder of the Socialist Cause,despite the fact that Deng Xiaoping did not explicitly put forward the concept of "ecological agriculture",his development of the theory and practice of agriculture in China contains the profundity of "Ecological Agriculture" thought.The development of Deng Xiaoping's Ecological Agriculture thought has basic but unique conditions.Based on the above conditions,this paper explored and researched by dividing into five parts:The first part is the introduction,including collecting and reading documentation,expounding the research background and significance of this paper,analyzing domestic and foreign research status;elaborating research ideas and methods,and demonstrating the innovations and deficiencies of the paper so as to have a deep understanding of the main content of ecological agriculture and Deng Xiaoping's Ecological Agriculture thought from various angles.Meanwhile,it lays foundation for writing of main body.The second part is an overview of ecological agriculture and Deng Xiaoping's Ecological Agriculture thought.It aims to understand domestic and overseas definition ecological agriculture connotation,confirmation of its status,analysis of features,and the significance of developing ecological agriculture;moreover,on that basis,it analyzes the historical background of Deng Xiaoping' Ecological Agriculture thought from the horizontal angle and it's theoretical origin as well as development process from in vertical viewpoint.The third part is the main content of Deng Xiaoping's Ecological Agriculture thought.As the most important chapter of this paper,the author,on the one hand,starts with the relations among agricultural,natural resources and energies,to analyze constructions of water conservancy facilities,bio-gas development,mechanization and other fields in ecological agriculture;on the other hand,by beginning with the relations between agriculture and environment,the author analyzes such agriculture's measures on blindly opening up wasteland,afforestation,the treatment of "three wastes" and other aspects;furthermore,by starting with the relations between agricultural and ecological,the author analyzes the requirements of Deng Xiaoping's Ecological Agriculture on pesticides,fertilizers,seeds and other things;at last,the author analyzes the deployment of Deng Xiaoping's Ecological Agriculture on relying on science and technology,policy making,and mechanism perfection via beginning with the relations among agriculture,technology and policy.The fourth part deals with the contemporary value of Deng Xiaoping's Ecological Agriculture thought.From the perspective of theoretical value,it analyzes the theoretical significance of Deng Xiaoping's Ecological Agriculture;From a practical point of view and through combining with the current development of low carbon agriculture,green agriculture and circular agriculture,and based on by science,technology and policy,it analyzes the significance of Deng Xiaoping's Ecological Agriculture thought on achieving the beautiful prosperous China Dream.The fifth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the full text and analyzes the shortcomings of this paper.
