The Taigu County of Pinus tabulaeformis as the research object, the effects of different illumination strength, different water supply conditions, different nitrogen supply and the three ecological factors mutual coupling on Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings photosynthetic efficiency and the influence of carbon sequestration.A certain degree of shade can promote PN of Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings, need to be improved, and help the photochemical efficiency of PSII (Fv/FM) small increase, some degree of shading conditions (typically 25% shading) can also significantly improve the tested seedlings of Pinus tabulaeformis biomass and growth.Under illumination invariant conditions, increasing the amount of nitrogen supply can significantly increase the net photosynthetic rate of Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings tested. At the same time, but also to enhance the seedlings of Pinus tabulaeformis in full sunlight on Photoinhibition of resistance.A range of shading and watering treatment in a certain extent alleviated the water stress and high light stress effect, and can greatly improve the seedlings of Pinus tabulaeformis net photosynthetic rate and carbon sequestration efficiency, but excessive shade and water supplies will reduce the tested seedlings of Pinus tabulaeformis net photosynthetic rate and carbon sequestration efficiency. In view of the Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings to light intensity, reaction characteristics of nitrogen nutrition agent, water conditions, in afforestation customary and other species were mixed planting, or planted in the forest with low canopy density of forest.
