For this thesis,the fuel tank of wheel loader is studied and analyzed,Firstly,finished the 3D model of fuel tank by Pro-E,The design principles of the main components of the tank are described in detail,Put the model into the finite element analysis software for model structure inspection and add virtual welds,and then divided into grid,constraint and load for the fuel tank.The finite element analysis tool is used to analyze the main components of fuel tank.Based on the analysis results to optimize the fuel tank design,Finally,considered fuel tank manufacture,cost and other factors,screening out the optimal design.In this paper,the oil is constrained by pressure,loaded on the inner wall of the tank,set factors by the coordinate function,so that the pressure of the oil increases with the height,The mountings in the fixed position of the fuel tank is simplified as the grounding spring,and the static stiffness of the mountings is virtualized as the extension stiffness of the grounding spring.This loading method is closer to the wheel load actual working conditions,so that the results of finite element analysis more accurate.In a word,the thesis is carry over the actual design,could be as reference about the fuel tank design and analysis.The model is loaded follow the different requirements of the acceleration of every direction and the working conditions,backward 3g acceleration as an example,and the calculation result is analyzed.The research methods and research results of this paper can provide reference for the design and analysis of the diesel engine of the loader.
