The car engine training is one of the important ways to improve the skill levels of car repairman.At present,domestic vocational colleges or relevant car maintenance training department mainly focus on the software and hardware construction of gasoline engine's training-conditions,but the diesel engine powering for thel arge commercial vehicles and engineering machinery due to the influence of many factors,such as less quantity,large volume,high training cost,the input of hardware and software construction is obvious insufficient,can not fully meet the needs of teaching and related personnel training.According to the above situation,the subject based on the fully research the virtual maintenance technology at home and abroad,developed a virtual maintenance training system which is based on the virtual realization and take WD615 diesel engine as the research object,in order to effectively solve the prominent contradiction which is insufficient live-fire,closing to the live-fire,meeting the repeatedly,reducing training costs.The training system map the field,assembly and machine tool equipment involving in the diesel engine maintenance training process,and establish the 3 d digital model,and then make demo animation depending on the repairman appraisal project and the requirement of the standard,and import it into virtual reality software,make maintenance training evaluation environment by using c # programming language,to achieve the personnel training as well as the purpose of simulation evaluation.The system can also reengineer a virtual maintenance center for the teaching of vehicle maintenance and repair professional,provide a virtual training platform for the students' operation,break the bondage of practical conditions,break the limit of the learning time;provide new means and technical support for professional teachers implementing teaching intention.Through practical application,this system has realized the anticipated goal: reduced the dependence on real diesel engine in the process of motor training,solved the problem of the training ground and a shortage of live-fire;Solved the problem which training teacher cannot one-to-one tutoring for students;avoided destruction of equipment and instrument caused by the students' error operation.As well as arising from the related safety accidents;Everyone can be learn and train virtually on the platform any time,any place,any angle,and can evaluate themselves training results in real time.
