In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s space technology,space station,lunar spacecraft,heaven and earth to and from the system,the moon base,deep space exploration,space confrontation platform and other new space vehicles have been in the development process.With the gradual realization of various types of space missions,the use of spacecraft energy systems also put forward higher requirements.At present,the largest proportion of space energy is rechargeable battery,but the rechargeable battery has a lower quality than the energy and limited charge and discharge cycle life,has been unable to adapt to spacecraft miniaturization and high power development trend.The fuel cell has the advantages of no self-discharge,no discharge depth and battery capacity limitation.The high pressure can be used for the attitude control of the space station and the satellite.The water can also be purified and used for the space station astronauts drinking water.Therefore,the fuel cell is particularly suitable for maneuverability,the operation of complex track,the need for a long time high power output of the new space vehicle platform to use.This paper first introduces the significance of fuel cell research,the current research status and development direction,and introduces the application of fuel cell in aerospace.Then,based on the rapid prototyping technology used in this project,the rapid prototyping platform of space fuel cell is designed.The model of fuel cell stack model and control function is verified by all-digital off-line simulation.The rapid prototyping system is used in real-time simulation environment Verify the stack model and control function algorithm model.The model and control system model of fuel cell stack are established by using Matlab / Simulink components,and the rationality and validity of the control method are verified by hardware simulation.Finally,the hardware and software design of the space fuel cell control system is completed,and the control system is equipped with analogue parameter acquisition function such as voltage,current,temperature and working condition of the reaction equipment,and has 1553 B bus communication and command output function.
