With the remarkable improvement of people's living standard,people's desire for poem and future becomes more and more strong in the new era.The number of citizens of domestic and outbound tourism are rising year by year,at the same time,the spiritual demands in the journey are also increasing.The tourism mode has been upgraded from sightseeing to leisure tourism and experiential tourism.Under this background,cozy and relaxing rural tourism has become an important way of entertainment and recreation in leisure time.In order to provide basic accommodation services and satisfy the more authentic rural tourism experience,people begin to transform unused farming houses in rural areas into dwellings,and tourists are allowed to directly live in the rural areas.This phenomenon has been encouraged and supported by the national policy.It aims to consolidate the development trend of rural tourism,improve the income of local residents and inject fresh blood into rural construction.In addition,other publicity brought by the development of rural dwellings is also gradually emerging,such as directly improving the quality of the surrounding environment and enhancing the rural living standards;calling for returning of labor force so as to provide employment opportunities.Cultural exchange between urban and rural areas are realized through Internet Virtual form,like dwellings and its public number,thus attracting external intellectual capital investment;the rural natural environment as well as traditional rural areas and architectural forms are protected.It has become the space carrier that inherits and propagandizes traditional custom and the intangible heritage of the rural areas.At this stage,rural dwelling is a rematch of rural resources and the demands of publicity in rural areas in the new era.It has positive significance and important role for rejuvenating rural areas,improving rural vitality,enhancing the quality of rural tourism and improving the income of rural residents.For these reasons,this topic is based on public space theory,publicity theory and welfare economics.Based on the field investigation and case analysis,it studies many public factors created by the dwelling in rural areas,thus providing clues for the survey,planning,design and management of rural dwelling.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Rural publicity is a concentrated embodiment of the overall state of rural ecology,life and production,and its main representative in the new era is rural accommodation.The rural accommodation in the new era is a kind of space of urban tourist that merged into the space of the local resident,the main body of the service is foreign tourists,and the biggest beneficiary is the villagers.The rise of rural accommodation in the new era stems from the demands of rural economy and urban spiritual life.Through the extensive role of the sharing economy,it presents more effects of the social welfare,and it reflects the characteristics of the rural public space in the new era,and has a strong social publicity.2.The publicity of rural accommodation mainly acts on the exterior,it affects the ecological environment and the agricultural operations of the surrounding areas.It is found that rural accommodation plays a positive role in improving the surrounding environment.In the course of its development,rural accommodation will restrict the ecological environment in a certain radiation range.In other words,the development of rural tourism and rural accommodation in a certain village requires the surrounding villages to improve their production and life style in order to maintain the optimization of the ecological environment.Thus it can be seen that the existence of rural accommodation can actively promote the improvement of ecological environment in rural areas and in their surrounding areas.3.Rural accommodation is the space that embodies the spirit and culture of the new era.It is the public places for villagers to come into contact with foreign tourists fastest and most frequently.Rural accommodation itself carries the local cultural value,and becomes a folk museum of living display,at the same time,it exchanges information and resources inside and outside the countryside,and it becomes a bridge connecting urban and rural spirit and material.Therefore,to enhance the publicity of rural accommodation is a win-win situation for tourists and rural residents.It promoting cultural level and promoting economic development and forming a virtuous circle.4.The architectural design of rural accommodation is counteracted by publicity,and the space presents the characteristics of open and free layout,compared with the public space of hotels,inns or other forms of rural public space,the architectural level has very strong public characteristics.At the same time,influenced by it,the style presents complexity and contradiction,it trying to mix the traditional architectural form,regional cultural elements,rural work clues,popular hunting experience and contemporary living habits with each other,thus it forming collage interest of a certain "post-modernism".5.The publicity of rural accommodation is still not good in the countryside.The position of rural accommodation in rural public life is increasing day by day,but because of the ownership,service subject and particularity of rural public space in the new era,it has undergone subversive changes.At the same time,because the rural traditional life has experienced several turbulence,as the product of this market economy,the public effect of rural accommodation in the traditional rural life has become inadequate.In view of the characteristics of rural accommodation in the new era,it is particularly important to take villagers as the main body,with the help of external resources and forces,to save the declining rural traditional life.
