Among the silicon crystals,monocrystalline silicon solar cells have the advantages of high photoelectric conversion efficiency,Long service life and low cost,and their market share is gradually increasing.Nowadays,many researchers at home and abroad are devoting themselves to how to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of soLar cells.At present,the most common method is to etch the surface of the silicon wafer used in the solar cell to fabricate a suede structure on the surface.People use a variety of processes to make the suede structure,such as adding a variety of additives in the texturing agent,so that the production cost has been reduced,can reduce the silicon surface reflection of sunlight and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells.At present,the diamond wire saw cutting technology is widely applied to the slicing process of silicon crystal.The processed silicon wafer has the advantages of high processing efficiency,Low production cost,small environmental pollution and good surface quality of the silicon wafer.However,the scratches after cutting more and more diverse,the surface of the wafer surface cashmere napkin requirements are also gradually increased.The purpose of this paper is to develop a kind of texturing liquid which has the advantages of high photoelectric conversion rate and low reflectivity after texturing on the surface of silicon wafer,and analyzes the related problems theoretically.First of all,by analyzing the monocrystal silicon valence on the market,different components of the dyestuff are used to identify the reaction of different kinds of surfactants.The sodium melting method is used to determine the contained elements.The vacuum distillation The cutting fluid was separated and identified;the thin layer and column chromatography method was used to separate the main components of the liquid sample;the use of organic spectral analysis and GC-MS analysis of the separation of pure components identified to determine the molecular structure of each component.Based on the results of the analysis of monocrystalline silicon velvet liquid,the formulation of single-crystal silicon velvet was studied based on the high absorptivity and low reflectivity of the silicon wafer surface.The compounding of the resulting liquid velvet performance test,the physical and chemical properties and application performance and the sample is basically the same.The experimental results show that the quality of the self-made fluff liquid is close to or reaches the quality standard of the fleece sample compared with that of the fluffy liquid sample.The cashmere monocrystalline silicon surface suede distribution,flawless,low light reflectivity,photoelectric conversion efficiency is improved.
