Now as the ceaseless improvement of daily life,town gas demand is increasing,gas power generation,CNG vehicle,gas air conditioning equipment is a large number of applications,gas and we are increasingly close contact in daily life.Gas pipeline leakage is not as intuitive and obvious as water leakage and oil leakage,especially trace leakage is more difficult to detect.A gas pipeline operation,corrosion,pipeline interface,sealing material aging,bad quality of installation,mechanical vibration,pipe heat bilges cold shrink,the gas leakage caused by perforation,crack or break.After gas leakage,will spread along a certain path to ground or within the building,when the leakage of gas explosion limits,meet fire fires,explosions and a series of secondary disasters may be produced,causing serious casualties and property losses.As an important part of gas transmission and gas supply,the Beijing natural gas pipeline supplies gas to urban residents and industrial enterprises,so the safety of its operation is extremely important.Based on Zigbee’s buried gas pipeline monitoring system,the safety of gas transmission and distribution is studied by means of electronic technology,Internet of things technology and sensor technology.The design of this system in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of buried pipeline,using stress and methane sensor monitoring of buried pipeline itself stress state and the surrounding gas concentration,the scene through the Zigbee protocol network,will gather in node,monitoring data transmission through CC2530 to form a star topology network,finally unified by gathering node to transmit data to the background management system,buried pipeline running state can be real-time monitoring,an eye,at the same time system monitoring data can be stored in the database,as the basis of the investigation and handling of accident and running state analysis.This system can be achieved by the sensor network real-time monitoring of buried pipeline operation state,found that the abnormal data and risk can be feedback in the first place,to the external force factors and leak leakage caused by corrosion has good prevention effect,early detection,early treatment,eliminate hidden dangers in the bud stage,fully guarantee the safe and stable operation of buried pipeline.
