At present,the research on the mechanical properties of the key joints of the curtain wall is lack of theoretical basis,this paper made an in-depth study on the stress of the joints of the column and crossbeam of the curtain wall.The column is the main supporting component between the panel and the main structure,and the force condition affects the stability of the whole curtain wall structure,once the column is damaged,the whole curtain wall structure will become invalid.The crossbeam is supported on the column,and the frame structure is formed with the column,so that the bearing capacity of the structure is improved.Therefore,the mechanical properties of the joints of the column and crossbeam are also very important.In the design of the node,it should pay attention to the overall deformation of the curtain wall in normal working conditions and the bearing capacity under the limit state.In this paper,a nonlinear contact problem of key nodes of curtain wall is parametric analyzed by finite element software ABAQUS,the main research contents and achievements include:1.The mechanical model of the connection of the curtain wall column was discussed.Comparative analysis of multi span statically indeterminate beam model,two span continuous beam model and the corresponding column model with ferrule,made a comparative from several aspects about the stress,deflection and ultimate bearing capacity,obtained the connection form of node,and put forward the recommended ferrule length under the structural design.2.The mechanical properties of long span story curtain wall column was analyzed.For large span column,the normal use bearing capacity could increase about 2 times by the full-length ferrule,adopted the two span continuous beam model with full-length ferrule can significantly improve the normal use bearing capacity of the column.3.The connection between the column and the crossbeam of the curtain wall was analyzed.introduced several kinds of the connection forms of column and crossbeam,due to its different forms of destruction,focused on the modeling and analysis of the two connection forms,and obtained the connection form of node.
