Passive Architectural Design Quality Management Research

The concept of passive building design is a kind of new architectural design concept.The concept meets the requirements of times for low energy consumption and living comfort.Compared with the conventional management of architectural design,the members of the passive building team should be composed of the professional team coming from architecture and construction,also need experts coming from physical and ecological areas and multidisciplinary areas.In the aspect of design management node,passive building added a large number of multi-specialized contents than conventional management.Therefore,it is an important means to ensure the quality of passive building design to build a complete team and to make a reasonable team running process.This paper describes the development history and basic theory of passive building.It studies about the target,team and process in the process of passive building design.From the guarantee of the design quality point of view,aiming at the characteristics of universality,the depth and complexity of the passive energy-saving building,and meeting the demand of the function,target cost and environment in architectural design,the paper analyzes the team construction and design management node combined with the theory of quality management.Combining with the successful construction examples,this paper expounds the design mode of passive building.Summary is made at the end of this paper.It points out that the construction of the design team should get complete coverage of all relevant specialties and make the participation process,grasp the quality management node in order to ensure the quality of the passive building design.This is also the point cut of the passive building design that needs to be optimized and improved in quality management.
