CX Road Construction Project Cost Control Research

The construction industry as a driving force of the national economy has been a crucial role in the development of China's economy,but the fierce competition within the industry has gradually become lively.There is more stringent regulation in the state for the construction industry,and the banks continue to tighten the construction industry loans.Various factors led to the construction industry situation even more severe.If construction enterprises in the fierce competition in the market to survive,the scientific cost control is only way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Earned value analysis is one of the most commonly used methods in cost control analysis.This paper elaborates the methods firstly;and introduces the theories and cases of cost control at home and abroad,and then finds out the research ideas of CX road construction project.After understanding the background of the project,find out the problems and shortcomings of the CX road construction project in the construction process.Using the Earned Value Analysis method to carry out in-depth analysis of the three main components,such as the project pipeline ditch,roadbed and pavement.In view of the existing problems of the project,there are ways to improve,such as the cost control awareness,staff quality,project supervision,cost control methods,project risk management and other aspects.So as to realize the theory to form a relatively complete cost control evaluation system,in practicing guide the cost control work of the same type of construction project,the combination of theory and practice,and the cost of the enterprise will be the lowest by the way of project cost control.
