Transformer is the mainly used as the equipment of power supply and power transformation in recent power industries.With the development of people’s living standard and the improvement of the electrical requirements,power grid capacity increasing and the operation of the voltage is also constantly improving,the transformer is easily getting malfunction and affects the industrial production and daily life.Oil chromatogram analysis(OCA)is developed to put forward the solutions and ensure the normal operation of the transformer equipment by according to the dissolved gas composition in the transformer oil in the mobile phase and the fixed phase distribution ratio with the small differences between these two indicators,and then determine whether the transformer is out of order or not.In the past few decades,the advanced OCA technique is tend to mature around home and abroad.Moreover,it has been gradually specialized formed the oil chromatogram on-line and off-line detection system.Therefore,to predict the state of the transformer,this paper investigated the fault diagnosis,scheme design,family aggregation,test cycle and online chromatogram based on the OCA technique.The main research results of this paper:Firstly,the background and significance of OCA are introduced,and the present situation of chromatographic analysis of transformer oil at home and abroad are briefly described.The basic concept and main characteristics of transformer OCA as well as the fault diagnosis and key technology of chromatographic analysis of transformer oil.The second is to design the process and module of experiment and study the ability to forecast the same transformer’s development trend by chromatographic analysis.Thirdly,according to the large scale experiment of transformer oil,the chromatography laboratory system is designed and established,and the family character of a kind of transformer is studied.Fourthly,through the tracking test of main transformer ubstation,comparing the chromatographic test results of transformer oil at different sampling periods,analyzing the test data,discussing the influence of periodic interval change on transformer operation monitoring,then obtaining the best cycle of transformer OCA finally.Finally,the chromatography-spectrometry equipment is used to combine the timeliness and accuracy when study the transformer oil dissolved gas analysis.The application of chromatographic-on-line oil chromatographic system in order to obtain the comparison of off-line and on-line monitoring data in practice to provide the accuracy of transformer monitoring and judgment.The application of theoretical research conclusion provides basis for transformer equipment operation in the actual production process.
