| With the advancement of urbanization,the urban construction land is gradually exhausted,and at the same time,in recent years,the number of deaths in our country is rising,the stock of land used for urban cemetery is in an emergency.However,the funeral facilities as special public service facilities,have been lack of relevant theories and basic research in the field of urban planning,cause many unreasonable places in some cemetery planning and construction,waste of land resources and have other adverse effects on cities.Based on the perspective of urban planning,this paper explores how to plan urban land-use for funeral facilities reasonably within the limited land,on the basis of perfect urban funeral facilities’ burial function,makes the space utilization mode become more diverse.This paper selected Shenzhen and Hong Kong as the main research objects,first of all,combed the overall construction and the usage of Shenzhen and Hong Kong’s funeral facilities,concluded that Shenzhen and Hong Kong are facing the difficulties and problems of funeral,explored the current solutions and relevant policies of two places,and the problems in the process.Then conducted field research and analyzed the funeral facilities in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.By selected three kinds of funeral facilities of Shenzhen and different periods funeral facilities of Hong Kong,summarized their spatial distributions,site selections,layouts,function partitions,the space structures and traffic streamlines,combed main indicators’ characteristics of different funeral facilities’ space utilization.Through compared and analyzed these indicators,reached the usage evaluation of the funeral facilities under different space utilization modes and their influence on space environment.Finally,Aimed at the existing problems,put forward the suitable strategies for local funeral facilities planning and design.And advocated modern city funeral facilities planning should toward land conservation,diversification and ecologicalization. |
