The rapid development of automobile industry civilization has brought environmental pollution and energy consumption.For this reason,the research group has proposed a hydraulic volume adjustment continuous variable compression ratio technology,which uses this continuous variable compression ratio method to achieve the timely control of the temperature of the compressed gas in the cylinder,so as to HCCI Of the burning time control.The following related technical research is carried out on the hydraulic system of the continuously variable compression ratio technology proposed by the research group.his paper put forward by the new continuous variable compression ratio technique of hydraulic system to do the following related technology research::Firstly,the working principle of the hydraulic system adjustment and the actuator of the variable volume compression ratio of the engine hydraulic volume ad justment are analyzed and studied.Secondly,the performance of the hydraulic system with variable compression ratio is studied,and the method of determining the main performance parameters of the hydraulic system is analyzed.Again,according to the continuous variable compression to establish the mathematical model of the system is the working principle of the hydraulic system technology,through the analysis of different speed integrated engine piston system up and down the situation,established the corresponding simulation model system AMESim.Based on the model,the characteristics of flow,pressure and motion in the process of adjusting the system under different speeds are studied.This paper studies the influence factors of the hydraulic system adjustment characteristics that may affect the continuous variable compression ratio technology,and reveals the importance of the appropriate hydraulic control parameters in the control system.Finally,the structure of oil in the hydraulic system of the des ign of the Fluent to simulate fluid properties,in the low pressure oil source under the condition of oil flow state change and flow field characteristics;constructed at the crankshaft connecting rod oil model,through the movement rule of the crankshaft position change greatly on the import and export of velocity and flow of the hydraulic impact;there may be a system leakage is an overview of the system and the volume regulator about the cylinder and internal leakage is analyzed and simulated by using the simulation model,system dynamic characteristics under different leakage coefficient and leak size.
