Application Research Of WBS Method In Q Company's Construction Project Cost Management Improvement

With the constant improvement of market economy system and more fiercer market competition faced by construction enterprises,construction enterprises are increasingly paying more attention on cost management.The cost management runs through entire project construction,and directly affect the projects to achieve the goal of project management.Traditional cost management methods have some problems such as old concept and outdated methods etc.Therefore,a new set of cost dynamic management system needs to be established to make the cost plan,cost control,cost accounting,cost analysis and cost assessment more logical and efficient,so as to improve cost management efficiency.Construction project WBS cost management method combined with informationization can take the current domestic project cost management to a new level..This thesis studied the cost management theories domestic and abroad,and WBS theory,put forward and analyze the existing construction project cost management problems in company Q,on the basis of domestic and international project cost management experience and own knowledge of the writer.Through the specific case applied with WBS method in each stage of cost management,such as cost forecast,cost planning,cost control,cost accounting,cost analysis and cost assessment,this thesis put forward the application scheme of WBS method in construction project cost management,and combine WBS method with project management informationization,and point out the aspects worthy of learning.This thesis research provides practical methods for construction project cost dynamic management to improve the cost dynamic management quality of construction projects and the core competitiveness of construction enterprises,promoting reform of construction enterprises,provides reference for cost dynamic management afterwards and create greater economic benefits for the society simultaneously.
