Research On The Implementation Mechanism Of The Pedestrian Connection System Of Rail Transit Stations

For the rail transit,a better pedestrian transfer system would directly increase its charm to citizens.Many mainland cities are speeding up the construction of rail transit,which is also an opportunity to the construction of pedestrian transfer system,but there are still many problems.This dissertation started with the rail transit construction of Shenzhen,organized the problems of pedestrian transfer in daily rail travel,and then summarized the obstacles result from the current planning and implementation mechanism.Focusing on the above problems,this article selected two high density cities,Hong Kong and Tokyo,which two also recognized as typical Transit Metropolis.To review the development history of their pedestrian system,at the same time introduce the construction and operation mode based on regulations,and expounded other gradually formed supporting regulations.The study found that both cases have formed a long-term mechanism,to support and encourage the government,the market and the public to participate,and clearly determined "how to build" in the planning stage,"who to build" in the implementation stage,and "how to manage" in the operative stage.On the basis of all the above research,this paper put forward some policy suggestions for the construction of the pedestrian system,include the institutional foundation,the incentive mechanism,the negotiation mechanism and the construction and operation mechanism.
