Residential relocation phenomenon caused by the city large-scale suburbanization has become an important issue of in the field of urban planning. However, the new rural residents often faced with different inner city living environment, long distance commuting to the city and the surrounding residential facilities, then residents' daily activities behavior change.Because housing mobility based on family is a important events in life course,to the position of living space is not only the individual changes, but the entire family living space change. So to have multiple effects on the performance of this kind of family, directly reflected in the influence of individual members job-housing mismatch or commuting distance increased significantly, indirectly penetration into multiple dimensions of the family obligations, daily chores and shopping activities, and then reshaping mode of daily travel behavior under the new living space. This paper takes relocated families as the research object based on time geography and the theory of planned behavior,to consider the dynamic adjustment process to residents travel behavior from the two aspects of individual and family.First of all,on the basis of summarizing research status both at home and abroad, this thesis introduces time geography and planning behavior theory into the study of household activity-travel,and presents a framework system for analyzing relocated family activity travel behavior decision-making mechanism, which from the two aspects of individual and family.Secondly, this paper provides a case study of Daxuecheng,Chenggong District of city of Kunming, which focuses on the staff family who moved out of city center, through qualitative research methods such as rooted observation,follow-up study, structured interview and detailed case analysis, compared their daily activities before and after their move, analyzed the process of adapting to the new situation,as well as the changes in daily life and their communication mode in face of the separation between their new living space and original living space after their move.after multi-dimensional data clustering and grouping, typical job-housing models and their characteristics were obtained, and a discussion on the different post live interactive mode and interactive mode of activities between family members. Finally,a structural equation is established to confirm housing mobility family's adjustment in commuting and non commuting participation from two levels of individual and family members,to explore the inter-mechanism of the decision-making process. Then, based on the time and space restriction, adding individual attitude, preferences and habits to analysis the dynamic adjustment process of family's members travel behavior, then concluding the modes of daily activities and travel behavior under the influence of housing mobility. It is provided a more scientific and more subtle theoretical basis for the evaluation of the traffic demand management and policy-making.
