The problem of aging population in our country has brought more and more severe tests to all social systems, and the traffic problem of elderly people in daily activities has become one of the hot issues of social concern. To meet the daily activities and travel needs of the elderly, and it becomes a necessary condition for the elderly to participate in daily activities and enjoy their old age.Because of their special physiological, psychological and social characteristics, the elderly have a high prevalence rate of chronic diseases.Periodic medical practice has become one of the typical activities of daily life in the elderly population, which has a very important impact on the quality of life of the elderly population.Periodic medical activities during the trip, the elderly can overcome all kinds of travel barriers, become one of the key factors to meet their health needs,In order to explore the main influencing factors of the travel behavior of the elderly patients in medical treatment activities, the strength and influence path of each factor was compared. In this paper, the interaction mechanism among multiple variables of "motivation for hospitalization-travel behavior ability restriction-medical trip behavior" in urban elderly periodic medical activities was studied. The main research work is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of a large number of relevant literatures, this paper takes the elderly aged 60 years old in the main urban area of Kunming as the research object. To conduct a qualitative interview with 37 elderly people, the initial grasp of the urban elderly cyclical "medical activities-travel behavior" of the main features.Based on the results of the epidemiological study of the elderly, the final diagnosis of the elderly prevalence of four types of chronic diseases(hypertension and heart disease, diabetes, respiratory diseases, bone and joint disease)cyclical "medical activities-travel behavior" For the scope of the study.(2)By means of activity analysis, according to the theory of planned behavior and motivation theory, the travel behavior of urban elderly to regular medical care activities in specialized departments and hospitals was analyzed theoretically.Determine the relevant latent variables and observe the variables.Aiming at the obstacle in the process of medical treatment of urban elderly, the potential variables of "medical activities" were introduced, and the interaction between each latent variable was analyzed. The hypothesis model was constructed and the questionnaire was designed. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by the pre investigation data, and the large-scale investigation was conducted after the modification was effective. The normal and collinearity tests of 500 valid samples were performed by using SPSS20.0 software.(3)With the help of AMOS 17 software,300 sample data are extracted according to the sample structure, and the parameter model is constructed.Using the remaining 200 sample data to verify the factor model of the parameter model. At the same time, the fitting is corrected and the final parameter model is output.Referring to the validated model results, the influence effects of each sensitive characteristic variable were analyzed.According to the final parameter model results, the travel behavior mechanism of elderly people's medical care activities was analyzed.Further discussion on the ability of urban elderly students to travel behavior. The results of this study show that:1)In the elderly, the route of regular medical trip is mainly based on the mode of public transportation, and the travel distance is mainly between 2km-6km.As the age increases, the elderly gradually give up bicycles, electric cars, bus travel mode, travel distance will be shortened. The departure time of the medical trip mainly focuses on the departure time of the city commuter, and the consumption of the trip is concentrated at 11 min?60min.2)Medical motivation, medical activity, ability to travel, characteristics of medical visit and accessibility of medical treatment have significant direct influence or indirect influence on daily medical activity and travel behavior of elderly people.Among them, the characteristics of medical treatment environment are most significant.3)The characteristics and accessibility of the visit area affect the choice of the place of medical treatment for the elderly, and then affect their mode of travel, distance and departure time.Medical motivation mainly affect the travel frequency;medical activities travel behavior mainly affect the travel mode and travel distance.4)Age leads to a downward trend in travel behavior. At the same time, the disease causes a significant difference in travel behavior among the elderly. Therefore,it can be concluded that there is a correlation between disease and travel ability, and it has the value of further study.
