| Knowledge engineering in mechanical products especially the research and application of vacuum equipment in the process of engineering design is still at the primary stage,especially in our country,many manufacturing enterprises have not yet have enough attention to it,the existing research is just a preliminary attempt on the theory and practice.Aware of the importance of a knowledge engineering companies tend to focus on only stay in the establishment and maintenance of the knowledge base,to stay in some support for knowledge sharing and reuse techniques such as the use of technology,network technology and groupware technology,knowledge encoding technology and knowledge.Therefore,we believe that the enterprise wants to maintain its core competitiveness,the key lies in the creation of knowledge,the key lies in the correct knowledge engineering is applied to the design of vacuum unit product process,which has become the research problems of this subject.In this paper,the design theory of vacuum unit is studied,and based on the research work,the expert system for supporting the design of vacuum unit is developed.In the process of research,and always adhere to the principle of integrating theory with practice,in order to study the theory as the main line,the design method of the vacuum unit as the main research object,discusses the principle and application of expert system to support the design of vacuum unit.The research and design of the vacuum unit intelligent design system use RBR and CBR double reasoning mechanism.On the one hand,starting from the design process of the unit,combining with the vacuum knowledge and industry standards,absorbing the design experience of the technical personnel to establish the enterprise rule base.On the other hand,gradually add the enterprise all orders to expand the case base,strive to find similar solutions on each new orders consist of several operating parameters and design parameters,modeled on a similar case filled with every kind of accessories for new orders,to achieve rapid decision-making.At the same time,one of the outstanding advantages of CBR reasoning mechanism is edge design learning,through the system design of each new order,will be included in the example library as an experience for later use.According to the needs of different customers,the vacuum unit meeting the conditions is not consistent,and the system provides the function of selection at the same time also has the function of the two development.In the case base each piece of information in the database has a unique address corresponding with it,which includes the order detailed configuration information,shape preview,unit flow chart,CAD assembly drawing and 3D models,it’ s convenient for technical personnel timely and accurately find the need to improve the content of two times the development of.At the same time,this system is also an integration of enterprise resources.As a result of the establishment of the rule base and the needs of the case base,the various components of a vacuum unit must also be summarized in order to select the most suitable components.The research and design of the vacuum unit intelligent design system,to meet the requirements of the development of the enterprise order automation and production,to achieve the desired results,with certain economic value and practical value. |
