The purpose of this subject is to introduce the concept of service design in the field of kitchen home appliance,optimize the kitchen operation system,enhance the user experience of operation in the kitchen,at the same time,help the kitchen home appliance enterprises to explore new economic growth point,transformation of the mode of economic growth.Along with the development of the 21st century,human society,the industrial structure presented by "addition" to "service-oriented" global trend,people no longer just focus on the features of the product with quality problems,but pay more attention to the good service experience,we ushered in the post-industrial era,headed by the service.At present the design of kitchen appliance product domain often pays more attention to the function and appearance of the product itself,there is no way to satisfy the requirement of The Times development completely.On the one hand,the traditional product-oriented design has failed to meet the demands of consumers for good services and good experiences.On the other hand,in the era of homogeneity of serious,only focus on the features of the product,quality,model already can't help enterprises promote the competitiveness of the market,is difficult to bring new economic growth point.This thesis mainly studies the what is service design and service design research status at home and abroad as well as good example,and further study of the service design method and process.Through service design theory and method of existing kitchen home appliance products and enterprise service present situation has carried on the thorough investigation,development trend and direction of the kitchen system are studied.Paper based on the theory and method of service design in-depth analyses the characteristics of Chinese home users,and every link in the process of its operation in the kitchen,and a"contact",established the user role model and map the user experience,discusses the user satisfaction of each contact when working in the kitchen,found the user the real demand,and the potential demand.Based on the concept of service design in view of the user's real"pain points" as well as the potential demand,to improved the existing series of kitchen home appliance products design,system integration and optimization of the kitchen,enhance the user experience while working in the kitchen.
