The "excellent" and "bad" schemes of the water conservancy project are a fuzzy concept.The fuzzy clustering and fuzzy recognition models have been widely used in the evaluation and optimization of the scheme.The former is mainly used for the classification of unrecognized standards,the latter applies to the identification of identification criteria.Due to the complexity and diversity of water conservancy projects,the establishment of identification standards is very difficult,so the fuzzy clustering model is more convenient.In order to make the fuzzy clustering model more convenient and effective,this paper takes the "engineering fuzzy set theory" established by Professor Chen Shouyu as the theoretical basis,combined with the fuzzy clustering model of the theory in the practical application of the problems encountered,the study of the algorithm Nature and application.The research includes:The application of the fuzzy clustering model involves the fuzzy iterative matrix and the fuzzy iterative central matrix of the iterative operation.The formula is complex and the computational complexity is large.On the basis of the algorithm analysis,the simple and explicit performance of the iterative algorithm is given,simplified algorithmic process.The influence of the initial iterative matrices of fuzzy clustering iterative algorithm on the clustering results is analyzed in the case of the initial fuzzy iterative partitioning matrices and the initial fuzzy clustering centers.In view of these effects,five properties of fuzzy clustering model are proposed.On this basis,the validity of the iterative initial matrix is expounded,and two principles that should be followed in the formulation of the initial matrix are proposed.The relationship between the fuzzy clustering model and the fuzzy recognition model is analyzed.When the clustering center is obtained by the iterative process of the fuzzy clustering model,the division of the sample becomes the identification problemof the clustering center.Aiming at the feature of the algorithm,the expand application of fuzzy clustering model is proposed.Based on the study of the nature and algorithm of the model,the fuzzy clustering model is explored in the scheme of water conservancy project planning and optimization and the idea of fuzzy clustering center expansion.Through the application of these experients,the nature and the principle of the model are verified that the method has good practicability in engineering practice.
