Shunde's Stone Office Space Design—the Application Of Lingnan Manchu Window Elements In Indoor Space

Lingnan traditional architecture is soaked with Lingnan culture.Lingnan culture nurtures a school of scholars,and these scholars then carefully compile Chinese national culture.In Lingnan traditional architecture,the decoration culture of Manchuria window contains Chinese people's subtle sentiment,and self-confidence and pioneer spirit of Western culture as well.It not only inherits Chinese traditional culture,but also absorbs outside western culture.It is with rich shapes and consummate skills.It carries various essences of Lingnan culture,from which younger generation could study and draw lessons.Along with reforms in information age,human's life styles and working environments are undergoing changes.Traditional office environment could not satisfy current social needs.In order to improve space flexibility and work style,through literature review and practical survey,the Lingnan element of Manchuria window was taken as the office space design theme.The characteristics of office space plan layout were summarized.On the premise of satisfying corporate office requirement,the element was adopted in office space through proper indirect methods.In this way,it creates comfortable office environment and makes the maximum use of interior space.Meanwhile,it builds space decoration with regional distinctive culture.When applying Lingnan Manchuria window element in office space,the office plan layout shall be properly arranged according to corporate office nature.Then,the element could be applied at various space interfaces,thereby reaching unity of design elements between spaces.Modern techniques were adopted in the organization and abstraction of the regional distinctive Lingnan Manchuria window element.Then,the element was put into various parts of modern interior design office spaces.This would be a major feature.It is aimed to apply regional cultural elements in modern interior design,for office space in this case.Scientific and rational design methods were summarized.With forward-looking works,it satisfies social needs of promoting regional culture.
