| The ergonomics of the crane cab design is of great significance.In this paper,we construct the human body model and the crane 3D model,and assemble the two modle with the pose of the driver’s operation.Then,the ergonomics of the cab was analyzed by using the ergonomics design and analysis module of Dassault CATIA V5 software.The ergonomics problems of the cab was found by the posture analysis,rapid upper limb evaluation and hand reachability analysis.Based on the analysis results,the cab is improved and optimized so as to make the cab more comfortable and consistent with the behavior of the driver at work.The method of digital man-machine virtual evaluation technology can not only optimize the design of man-machine cab,but also can be applied to multiple trades and industries to improve the usability of products and avoid commercial risks,With the improvement of technology,using digital man-bmachine virtual evaluation will become one of the fixed and important research projects in the future product development cycle,and it will become an important research direction of ergonomics.In order to make the study more targeted,this paper uses a practical case as a sample:in the plant with the height of 14 meters and width of 20 meters,use 5T hook crane to operate the lifting. |
