With regards to some slant launched field rockets,the weight of the rockets is heavy,in order to reduce the extra interference which is caused by the head of the rocket sinks down in the air,we use the launching technology of simultaneously sliding,which means we use adapter to connect the lower track with the rocket.Using the adapter to launch rockets is a kind of rather advanced launching technology,and it isn't used very much in rocket artillery field.Therefore this paper which aims at rocket artillery dose a detailed research of the launching process.Establish the three-dimensional model of the whole launching device,and build a finite element model of the whole launching device through logical simplification.Then we divide the whole launching process into the stage of the adapter moving on the track and the stage of the adapter separating from the rocket by the different research contents and then research them.Using ABAQUS to analyses mechanical properties and motional laws of each parts in the stage of the adapter moving on the track;Using ADAMS to analyses the range of adapter's dropping point on the ground and whether the twice crash between the adapter and the rocket will occur or not in the separating process.Besides considering the influence on the adapter caused by the load of wind in the research of the separating process,based on the characters of the rocket artillery launching,we add the load of gas jet flow to affect the adapter and get results.Through the analysis of the stage of the adapter moving on the track,we find that the result of adapter's stress is 1MPa,and this result satisfies the demand of intensity,the effective length and fallen distance of the high track and low track also satisfy the demand,and the adapter can make reliable movement under the circumstance of bias thrust.In the stage of the adapter separating from the rocket,the adapter can separate from the rocket safely and reliably and twice crash between adapter and rocket won't happen,but the adapter will fall on the vehicle when the launching angle is zero,and this will be a hidden safety problem.In the meanwhile,the method of adding the load of simplified gas jet flow which uses in this paper can be used to provide reference for the following dynamics research in rocket launcher system.
