With the deepening of sustainable development idea,the problem of water environmental monitoring and protection is increasingly attention around the world.At present,detection of water targets mainly through the visible light,infrared remote sensing technology.However,these methods are usually affected by the weather,and that can't work in harsh conditions.The microwave detection method overcomes this disadvantage,which can detect water environment all-day and all-weather.The PMMW radiometer can identify different targets by receiving the radiation signals from he objects.Based on the situation and actual demand of water targets detection,the millimeter wave radiation characteristics of water targets in 3mm and 8mm wavebands are studied deeply by using the characteristics differences of water surface and water targets in millimeter wave band.The main works are presented as follows:(1)Based on the MMW radiometric measurement and imaging principles,the theoretical modeling and Simulation of the sky,water surface,metal objects and aquatic plants are carried out,and the radiation characteristics of typical targets are compared and analyzed.(2)A visual simulation software for water targets detection of millimeter wave radiometer is designed on the basis of previous work.According to the radiation characteristics of water targets,the dynamic simulation of the radiation detection system is carried out,which provides a scientific basis for the water surface environmental detection experiment.The wireless data acquisition system of millimeter wave radiometer is designed to measure the radiation data of typical targets in Taihu Lake.This experiment verifies the correctness of the theoretical study,and proves the feasibility of using the millimeter wave radiometer system to monitor the water environment.(3)The radiation characteristics of sky,water,metal targets and aquatic plants are measured in Chongming.The characteristics of typical targets radiation characteristics at different ambient temperatures are studied.Combined with a large number of radiation data,the imaging experiments of the lotus leaf and metal objects are carried out.The results show that the radiation image can reflect the physical characteristics of the water targets and monitor the water environment effectively.The above researches provide a theoretical and data support for the further use of the MMW radiometer system to monitor the water environment in real time.
