The millimeter-wave active/passive combined detecting is an integrated method which combines the millimeter wave radar with radiometer.It gives an advantage to both and improves the performance of weapons.The technique of combined detecting is an important direction for the development of precision guided weapon.The millimeter-wave active/passive combined system of sum-difference patterns makes use of the scattering and the radiation characteristics of the target to realize the performance of target recognition and angle orientation.The decoy jamming is identified by the active system,and the target center is recognized by the passive system.The target characteristics of active/passive combined detecting system are analyzed.For the problem that the deception jamming to millimeter-wave radar is easily caused by towed radar decoy,the principle of towed radar decoy are introduced.A method is described for effective recognition of the target based on the Radar Cross Section,polarization,micro-Doppler of radar echo signals and Bayesian Data Fusion Algorithm.The simulation results show that the recognition rate is significantly improved by the Bayes algorithm.In order to detect and locate the target at short distance,the millimeter wave radiometer of three-channel sum-difference patterns is designed based on monopulse radar antenna.The sum,pitching difference and azimuthal difference of the radiation energy is realized by sum and difference network.Three-channel signals are used to pinpoint in the digital signal processing after amplified and sampling.The hardware design and software programming of digital signal processing system are completed with DSP F2812 as the core chip.And the serial communication based on Lab VIEW platform is realized between DSP and PC.The azimuth and pitch angles of the target are measured,and the target center is recognized by the testing experiment.The detection performance to the target of the passive system are verified by the external experiment.
